Pre-Order Support
- Provide timely support to the sales team by responding to customer enquiries.
- Understand customer technical requirements and design cables accordingly.
- Analyze customer needs with respect to product range and share relevant feedback.
- Prepare Inter-Company (IC) cable designs and offers in CA.
- Verify CA families, item codes, and manufacturing instructions created by design engineers for costing and production accuracy.
- Review and update raw material specifications regularly.
- Clarify all technical aspects by participating in meetings and discussions with customers to ensure alignment with expectations.
- Provide technical documents including data sheets, drawings, and deviation lists as needed by customers.
- Support ATL team, NPD (New Product Development), DTC (Design to Cost), and CSI (Customer Specific Initiatives) activities.
- Allocate enquiries within the team and monitor progress and closure status.
Post-Order Support
Ensure that final item codes, special instructions, and technical data are shared as per approved documents.Migrate final CA item codes to SAP for system integration.Provide technical clearance of Sales Orders in SAP to initiate manufacturing.Review and propose DTC (Design to Cost) opportunities for strategic sales orders.Prepare technical data and manufacturing instructions for semi-finished cables for procurement coordination.Skills Required
