Factory Incharge – Polyhouse Manufacturing Unit

Experience :  5–7 years (manufacturing or construction setup preferred) - if the person is capable then lesser experience is also ok. But Relevant Education / Experience is most crucial.

Qualification :  Diploma / Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Role Overview :  Seeking an experienced Factory Incharge to lead operations at our Polyhouse Manufacturing Unit. The role involves managing production, materials, manpower, and ensuring efficient, safe, and timely output.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth production flow.

Oversee material management – stock records, inward / outward movement, and timely availability.

Supervise workforce attendance, discipline, and productivity.

Coordinate with procurement and logistics for uninterrupted material supply.

Ensure safety compliance and proper maintenance of equipment.

Provide regular reports on production, inventory, and manpower to management.

Requirements :

Degree / Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering, or proven factory management experience.

Strong knowledge of material handling, procurement, and fabrication processes.

Excellent Analytical Skills

Experience with steel and iron structures.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Proficient in MS Excel and stock management tools.
