Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Plant Head (Dairy Industry). The Plant Head will oversee daily plant operations, including production planning, quality control, and plant resource management. The role requires ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high-quality product standards, optimizing production schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and sustainability goals. Leading a team to drive best practices in dairy production, the Plant Head will play a pivotal role in upholding the company’s values of quality, sustainability, and ethical production.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Plant Operations and Production Management, with a focus on optimizing workflows and resources
• Strong skills in Production Planning and Budgeting to ensure cost-efficient and timely output
• Experience in Quality Control processes to maintain high product standards and regulatory compliance
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of the dairy industry and sustainable production practices is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
