Job Summary
The
Senior Manager – Influencer Management & Content Strategy
will lead the
end-to-end creator partnerships ecosystem , driving
campaign performance, content strategy, and ROI-led influencer collaborations.
The role requires a strategic thinker who deeply understands
social media trends, content performance analytics, creator economics, negotiation strategies, and viral content creation frameworks.
They will work closely with
brand, product, growth, social media, PR, and performance marketing teams , ensuring that influencer campaigns contribute directly to
brand equity, conversions, and measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer & Creator Ecosystem Leadership
Develop and execute the
overall influencer partnership strategy
(macro, micro, nano, niche creators).
Manage
creator identification, evaluation, negotiations, contracts, deliverables, pricing models .
Build strong long-term relationships and
create high-impact recurring collaborations.
Leverage
AI & data-driven insights (internal platform / industry tools)
to identify high-performing creators.
2. Content Strategy & Creative Leadership
Drive
platform-wise content direction (IG, YT, LinkedIn, X / Twitter, Snapchat, Tiktok where applicable).
Build
creative briefs, storytelling frameworks, and viral hook strategies .
Guide influencers on
on-brand, high-conversion content
and trend alignment.
Activate
brand ambassadors & advocacy programs.
3. Campaign Planning & ROI Tracking
Plan & execute influencer-led
product launches, campaigns, events & integrated brand activities .
Align KPIs to
CAC, ROI, conversions, reach, engagement, retention & brand recall .
Analyze content performance and
run A / B optimizations .
Coordinate with performance marketing to
link content to numbers.
4. Budget & Compliance
Develop and
own the annual influencer budget and overall content strategy.
Required Experience & Skills
Must-Have
5-6 years of experience in influencer / content marketing
Proven high-ROI influencer campaign execution
Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, creator economy
Content storytelling & trend expertise
Negotiation & relationship building
Excellent writing & brief creation skills
Advanced / Preferred
Beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or tech sector exp
Performance-linked influencer strategies
