About the Role :
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Associate Director – Account Management to lead strategic client relationships, manage key brand portfolios, and drive business growth across multiple accounts. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, leadership, client partnership, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will oversee a team of Account Managers and Executives, ensuring seamless campaign execution, high client satisfaction, and consistent revenue growth within the influencer marketing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Client Leadership & Relationship Management
- Act as the senior point of contact for top-tier clients, overseeing their influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key brands and decision-makers.
- Understand client objectives, challenges, and brand vision to deliver tailored influencer strategies.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews, presenting insights, campaign performance, and new opportunities.
- Ensure top-notch client servicing, proactive communication, and quick issue resolution.
2. Business Strategy & Growth
Own revenue and profitability targets across assigned client clusters.Identify opportunities for account expansion, up-selling, and cross-selling of services.Collaborate with the Business Development team to support new pitches and business proposals.Analyze business performance data to optimize processes and improve campaign ROI.3. Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Account Managers and Executives, ensuring high performance and productivity.Define clear goals, KPIs, and growth plans for the account management team.Oversee workload allocation, workflow prioritization, and delivery quality across all accounts.Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and accountability within the team.4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Planning & Strategy, Pricing, Campaign Management, and Creator Relations teams to ensure cohesive and timely campaign execution.Bridge communication between internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and creative expectations.Identify bottlenecks and establish solutions to improve efficiency and coordination.5. Strategic Planning & Insights
Provide strategic direction on influencer selection, campaign narratives, and creative storytelling.Stay updated on influencer trends, digital content formats, and social media algorithms.Share industry insights and best practices with clients to position the agency as a strategic partner.Review campaign reports to extract actionable insights and optimize future strategies.Skills Required
