Job descriptionCreation and maintenance of solution documentation Perform feasibility study or the process to automate and share the result Work on Cost-Benefit Analysis and Return on Investment Provide walkthrough to cybersecurity Re-engineer the existing project and work on roadblocks, if needed Create test plan and cases rollout plan Provide Demo to Business Owners Create Production support documentation Basic knowledge of Automation tools - Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, etc. Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Analytical mind and Problem Solving Aptitude Strong organizational skills Visual Thinking
Job Responsibilities
- Identifying the opportunity for Automation
- Requirements gathering project analysis
- Work with operations subject matter experts stakeholders to document the as-is business processes to the keystroke level of details required for an RPA program.
- Create an initial to-be-state solution for the identified processes. Solution design document, a combination of multiple technologies and coding in any other language
- Work with Solution Architect to create a technical design document
- Act as a central point of knowledge and control for the business processes, communicating with the developers and business process owners to answer any query that arises during the development and testing phases
