The Technology & Automation Analyst (TAA) designs, develops, and maintains technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and enable data‑driven decision‑making. Blending data analysis, automation, and AI expertise, the TAA integrates multiple platforms within a Microsoft‑centric environment and creates dashboards, reports, and KPIs that provide clear, actionable insights across USPM.
Key Responsibilities
- Good understanding of APIs and specifically Microsoft Graph APIs
- Design and implement automations across Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and third‑party systems.
- Oversee upkeep, monitoring, and optimization of automations to ensure reliability.
- Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents and chatbots that streamline workflows and enhance user engagement.
- Integrate AI tools to elevate user experience and reduce manual effort.
- Develop and maintain visual dashboards and KPI scorecards that communicate performance.
- Produce client‑specific property reports (A–D grading) and supplier spend dashboards
- Monitor and refine existing automations, integrations, and AI agents.
- Develop before / after benchmarking to quantify impact of portfolio reviews.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalentexperience).Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Power Automate, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint).Total experience >6 years (preferred >
8 years)
Hands-on experience on SQL and writing stored proceduresStrong analytical / problem‑solving skills with ability to present insights to non‑technical audiences.Excellent organizational and communicationskills.Working experience on C#.NET and Python (C# mandatory and Python knowledge will be a bonus)
