Job Title : MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
Experience Required : 8-12 years

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) projects.
- Define and deliver solution design, Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and Technical Design Documents (TDD).
- Provide overall solution blueprint and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Drive Dynamics 365 integration, data migration strategy, and architecture planning.
- Define and manage the Dynamics 365 environment strategy for implementations and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with Microsoft Fast Track deliverables and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for business users.
- Oversee functional processes in Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of all D365 functional deliverables to customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on solution enhancements and optimization.
Core Skills & Requirements :
10 to 15 years of experience with Dynamics AX 2012 R3 and Dynamics 365 F&O.Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.Strong functional knowledge of Finance and SCM processes in Dynamics 365.Proven experience in designing and delivering large-scale D365 solutions.Expertise in integration, data migration, and environment strategy within Dynamics 365.Strong understanding of Microsoft Fast Track methodology.Excellent documentation skills (FRD, BRD, TDD, Solution Blueprint).Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and lead functional delivery in complex projects.(ref : hirist.tech)
