Job description

Job Title : Factory Manager / Plant Head

Location : Thane, Mumbai

Industry : Fabrication / Engineering Manufacturing

Salary Range : Rs 10 LPA – Rs 12 LPA

Working Hours : Monday to Saturday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

About the Company

A 50+ year old, TQM-certified, leading and heavily diversified fabrication engineering manufacturing company, specializing in structural fabrication and process equipment fabrication.

Experience Required

  • 8 to 15 years in the Heavy Fabrication Industry
  • Strong background in structural fabrication and / or process equipment fabrication

Education

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering OR
  • Diploma in Engineering

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall production of structural and process equipment
  • Oversee production planning, execution, and quality control
  • Ensure timely delivery of jobs as per specifications
  • Manage 6–8 contractors (teams of 20–25 workers each)
  • Coordinate between fabrication and machining activities
  • Supervise 6 Production Engineers, 6 QA / QC Engineers, Stores, and support staff
  • Drive efficiency, compliance, and adherence to industry standards

    • Education

    Diploma, Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech / B.E)
