We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize our paid marketing campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate should be passionate about growth marketing, comfortable with analytics, and experienced in driving measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), , and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor daily campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate) and adjust strategies for better efficiency.
- Conduct A / B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging ad assets.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal spend allocation.
- Track and report campaign performance to internal stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Research new trends, tools, and channels in digital advertising to keep campaigns competitive.
- Work with CRM and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Tag Manager) to track and attribute results.
Requirements :
1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media.Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and attribution models.Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Ads.Familiarity with SEO, landing page optimization, and marketing automation tools is a plus.Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for performance reporting.Analytical mindset and attention to detail.Strong communication and coordination skills.Bonus Skills (Good to Have) :
Experience with remarketing and lookalike audience strategies.Knowledge of conversion tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Pixel setup, etc.).Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
