The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the brand image of Emerald Hotel and Resorts, driving sales through innovative marketing campaigns, and ensuring strong visibility across digital and offline platforms. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing marketing strategies that attract both local and international guests.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote hotel rooms, restaurants, banquets, and resort facilities.
- Plan and execute seasonal offers, packages, and events to increase occupancy and guest engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support sales promotions.
- Maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.
- Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Handle online reputation management by responding to reviews and guest feedback.
