💼 Role : HR Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Executive)

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter who will take ownership of end-to-end hiring across office, technical, and workshop positions. You will play a critical role in building strong teams, improving hiring processes, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for staff & worker-level positions (job posting → sourcing → screening → interview → selection → joining).
• Source candidates through Job Portals (Naukri / Indeed), LinkedIn, internal database, consultants & references .
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job descriptions.
• Conduct telephonic / online screening to evaluate suitability, attitude, and skillset.
• Maintain candidate tracker, daily MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate assessment rounds, and assist in final HR discussions.
• Build strong talent pipelines for recurring requirements (Service, Sales, Production, Quality, HR, etc.).
• Manage onboarding support for selected candidates (offer letter, documentation, joining formalities).
• Work closely with HR Manager to improve hiring TAT, candidate experience, and employer branding.
