Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Ludhiana. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruitment process, including creating job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining employer branding efforts, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
• Skills in Employer Branding and Interviewing
• Strong Recruiting capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and hiring managers
• Previous experience in the apparel or textile industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
