Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Ludhiana. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of the recruiting process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, extending offers, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The role involves working closely with various departments to understand staffing needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications

• Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
• Proficiency in Hiring and Interviewing
• Strong Employer Branding skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
