Role Summary
We’re looking for a Project Manager who understands tech, design, and product execution. Someone who can confidently talk to clients, protect project scope, motivate the internal team, ensure timely delivery, and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders.
This role demands foresight, ownership, accountability, and people leadership. You’ll be the bridge between clients, designers, developers, and internal leadership.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, manage, and deliver UI / UX, branding, and web projects end-to-end.
- Translate client goals into clear tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Strongly uphold project scope and handle discussions around changes, timelines, and expectations.
- Run weekly client calls, share updates proactively, and maintain smooth communication.
- Identify risks early and raise alarms before issues escalate.
- Hold all parties accountable clients, designers, and developers for timelines and responsibilities.
- Maintain structured project documentation (SOW, timelines, notes, feedback logs).
- Motivate team members, unblock them, and foster positive collaboration.
- Ensure feedback is consolidated and not contradictory;

Take responsibility for mistakes, communicate transparently, and de-escalate client concerns with empathy.Ensure smooth handover from Sales to Design.Allocate the right designers (UI / UX, branding, motion) based on skill + availability.Maintain workload balance and avoid burnout or last-minute rush.Keep the PM tool updated (ClickUp / Notion)Ensure the management has complete visibility of status anytime.Track hours vs. plan.Raise change requests for new scope or added effort.Maintain trust, clarity, and professionalism.Represent SixJuly’s culture of creativity + intent.Support team growth, encourage creativity, and enable better output.Final handover, documentation, and retrospective learning.Non-negotiable Requirements (Must-Haves)
4-7 years of experience managing digital, design, or tech projects.Strong understanding of software products, web workflows, UX / UI, and development basics.Experience dealing directly with clients, especially handling escalations and scope creep.Excellent communication skills (clear, concise, confident).Proven ability to motivate and manage design / dev teams.Strong organisational capability structured notes, timely updates, tracking progress.Examples of accountability in past roles (handling tough situations, owning delivery).Nice-to-Haves
Experience working in design studios, agencies, or SaaS / product companies.Understanding of tools like Figma, Notion, Jira, Clickup, or Asana.Experience creating SOWs, project plans, or resource schedules.Knowledge of Webflow or tech stacks (not mandatory but helpful).Culture Fit (Important)
