About the Role

We're looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Director of Photography (DOP) to be the hands-on artistic eye behind our content. We are not looking for a high-level manager; we are looking for a craft-focused creator who lives and breathes camera and light.
The ideal candidate is a specialist in sophisticated indoor and studio lighting and a digital-native expert in shooting high-impact vertical content (Reels and Shorts). You will define and execute the visual language of our content, transforming our creative vision into stunning, high-quality videos that captivate millions of viewers.
What You'll Do
- Define Our Visual Identity : You will lead the charge on all visual aesthetics, establishing a consistent and compelling look and feel across all videos that aligns with our brand's creative vision.
- Master the Craft of Light & Lens : Expertly design, implement, and operate advanced indoor / studio lighting setups that create mood, depth, and clarity.
- Hands-On Camera Operation : Personally set up and operate our camera systems for all studio and field shoots, composing and framing shots that are dynamic and emotionally resonant.
- Execute Vertical-First Content : Conceptualize, shoot, and frame content specifically for our social platforms. You must understand the 9 : 16 format and how to create engaging, fast-paced vertical video.
- Be a Key Creative Partner : Collaborate closely with directors, editors, and on-screen talent from pre-production to post-production, ensuring the visual elements perfectly support the narrative.
- Uphold Uncompromising Quality : You will be the guardian of our visual standards, ensuring every frame captured meets the highest technical requirements for resolution, color, focus, and exposure.
- Manage the Gear : Oversee the proper use, maintenance, and management of all our camera, lens, lighting, and production equipment.
- Guide the Final Look : Work closely with video editors during the color grading process to ensure the final product aligns perfectly with the intended visual style.
What You'll Bring
Proven Experience : Background as a Director of Photography, Cinematographer, or Videographer.A Stunning Portfolio : A portfolio or reel must be included with your application .Specialist Skills (Required) : Your portfolio must clearly demonstrate expertise in :Sophisticated Indoor & Studio Lighting : Showcasing creative and technical lighting setups for talent or products.Vertical Content : A strong body of high-quality vertical videos (Reels and Shorts) that show platform-native execution.Technical Mastery : Deep, hands-on knowledge of professional camera operation, shot composition, cinematic lighting principles, and audio recording.Post-Production Proficiency : Proficiency with post-production software, including Adobe Premiere Pro and color grading tools like DaVinci Resolve.A Collaborative Spirit : Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively within a creative team.
