THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior Content Creator to lead storytelling across Hunger Inc.’s family of brands — The Bombay Canteen, O Pedro, Veronica’s, Papa’s, and Bombay Sweet Shop .

At Hunger Inc., every story begins with food — but never ends there. You’ll craft narratives that move beyond the plate, capturing the people, culture, and creativity that define our world. This isn’t about chasing trends; it’s about shaping emotion-led, cinematic stories that connect deeply with audiences.

As Senior Content Creator, you’ll work closely with our Head of Content and Marketing Director to conceptualize, produce, and execute content that brings our brands to life across digital and on-ground platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai .

WHO YOU ARE

4–5 years of experience in film, photography, or content creation , ideally in food, lifestyle, or cultural storytelling.

A story-first thinker who understands how to move people through visual and emotional storytelling.

Skilled in camera operations, lighting, and editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.).

Strong creative instincts — from narrative pacing to visual composition.

Deep understanding of platform-specific storytelling and audience behavior.

Naturally curious , culturally aware, and passionate about people and food.

A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Storytelling & Creative Direction

Create powerful visual stories that go beyond product — exploring ideas, people, and culture through the lens of our brands.

Shape narratives that reflect each brand’s personality and purpose while maintaining authenticity and heart.

Video & Photography Production

Plan, shoot, and edit video and photo content — from behind-the-scenes reels and chef features to mini-documentaries and campaigns.

Develop and execute mood boards, shot lists, and visual directions to guide production.

Platform Strategy & Execution

Craft content tailored to each platform — short-form, long-form, or still — with a deep understanding of what resonates where.

Work closely with the social media and brand teams to ensure storytelling consistency and impact across all channels.

Art Direction & Visual Consistency

Build and maintain a cohesive visual language across all Hunger Inc. brands.

Ensure every piece of content reflects our brand ethos and aesthetic quality.

Cultural Exploration

Stay attuned to India’s evolving food and cultural landscape to find authentic, meaningful stories worth telling.
