Content Creator & Strategist
This role at MOSAIC Wellness is for a Content Creator & Strategist who will initially focus on a new brand's Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, largely centered on TikTok. You'll be responsible for scripting captivating content for TikTok and Instagram, collaborating with American influencers, and occasionally producing content yourself to optimize for views. As the role evolves, you'll shift towards developing overarching content strategies for sales, community building, and content scaling.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Production & Direction : Responsible for scripting captivating content tailored for TikTok and Instagram. Collaborate closely with American Influencers to bring these narratives to life through skillful production and editing. When needed, produce content independently with hustle and creativity.
- UGC Scripting & Strategy : Provide User-Generated Content (UGC) creators with scripts designed to perform well on organic and paid media, aligned with specific goals. Develop the content strategy for the brand in the coming months to ensure sales, community building, and content scaling.
- Performance Marketing Content : Strategize performance marketing content by developing cutting-edge strategies for TikTok and Facebook. Research winning narratives in product categories with the goal of scripting creative content that converts and incites viewers to purchase.
- Brand Storytelling : Shape and share our brand's story by creating and maintaining our brand identity across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms, weaving a powerful and consistent image that captivates and engages the audience.
- New Business Development Input : Contribute to new product development by thinking through product launches and their alignment with the overall brand identity.
- Acquisition & Creative Pipeline Ownership (Be Bodywise) : Own the acquisition and creative pipeline for Be Bodywise from conceptualization to execution, including helping create video ads, static creatives, and motion graphic videos by liaising with relevant stakeholders.
- Consumer Insights : Assist in gathering and analyzing consumer insights, helping to assimilate them into acquisition and retention initiatives.
Qualifications
Previous experience in copywriting, video content creation on social media (reels), and working with design teams is a plus.Excellent communication skills, strong creative sensibilities, and project management skills are a plus.Skills Required
