• Architect a multi-channel content strategy across digital, CRM, video, and offline touchpoints
• Build a content governance framework that defines our voice, tone, and storytelling standards
• Lead brand films, influencer programs, and UGC storytelling that bring our resorts and members to life
• Own the content performance narrative — from engagement to conversion
• Mentor creators, guide agencies, and shape how lakhs of families experience Mahindra Holidays
