About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Camunda Application Support Specialist to join our Technology_VOIS team in Pune. This role is ideal for individuals with over 4 years of experience in supporting Java Spring Boot applications and managing production incidents. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring application reliability, resolving issues, and enhancing operational excellence. Familiarity with AWS, Terraform, BPMN, and monitoring tools like Grafana and OTEL is essential. The role requires shift flexibility, including night shifts.

What you’ll do

• Investigate and resolve incidents reported in Camunda-based applications.
• Ensure timely and accurate response to issues, maintaining SLA compliance.
• Monitor application health and proactively respond to system events.
• Collaborate with development teams during refinement sessions and UAT.
• Drive operational excellence through documentation and best practice implementation.
• Analyse system performance and suggest improvements.
• Maintain and enhance Standard Operating Procedures for support activities.
