Team Leader cum Project Manager_BID

We are actively bidding for Metro Railway projects across India. The Team Leader cum Project Manager position is a critical role in these bids.

Missions / Main Duties :

• Planning & Management : Develop detailed plans, schedules, and budgets for your assigned section. Effectively manage resources and proactively identify and mitigate risks to project delivery.
• Team Leadership : Supervise and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and fostering a productive work environment.
• Technical & Quality Oversight : Review technical specifications, resolve on-site issues, and ensure strict adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Safety & Compliance : Implement rigorous safety protocols and ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
• Reporting & Documentation : Maintain accurate and comprehensive project records, providing regular and detailed progress reports to stakeholders.
