• Create detailed requirement specifications, including use cases, user stories, process flows, and data models.
• Prioritize requirements based on business value and technical feasibility in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions and manage stakeholder expectations, building consensus across diverse teams.
• Work within an Agile development framework, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support the development team during implementation.
• Conduct validation and acceptance testing to ensure the solution meets business needs.
• Evaluate solution performance and gather feedback for future improvements.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in finance required.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum governance also necessary.
