Executive – Billing & Credit Control

We have an urgent job opening for Executive – Billing & Credit Control.

Department :  Accounts and Finance

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end freight billing & documentation.
• Manage GST / TDS compliance, credit / debit notes.
• Use Excel (SUM, IF, VLOOKUP; Pivot Tables preferred).
• Operate Tally or Logistics ERP systems.
• Liaise with carriers / customers for billing queries.
• Enforce credit-control & receivable follow-ups.
• Perform AR ageing analysis & escalate overdue accounts.

Profile :  Commerce Graduate with experience of billing / accounts.

Shipping-line / logistics industry background highly desirable.
