Job Description : Job Summary :

A UX Designer is responsible for crafting intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into elegant design solutions. The designer will use tools like Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that enhance usability, accessibility, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, mockups, user flows, and clickable prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
• Create responsive mobile UI elements suitable for field environments (e.g., large touch targets, low-light visibility)
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
• Collaborate with frontend developers using React Native , Flutter , Kotlin , or Swift
• Maintain design documentation, style guides, and iconography sets
• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Build sitemaps and information architecture for intuitive navigation
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and mockups using Figma
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation
• Stay updated with design trends and tools
