About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Engineer - ServiceNow with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and solution delivery.
This role requires technical leadership across IRM, SecOps, and broader ServiceNow modules, with the ability to design and implement secure, scalable, and intuitive solutions.
You will serve as a subject matter expert, guide junior engineers, and collaborate with business stakeholders to transform requirements into high-quality implementations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead all technical aspects of the ServiceNow project and solution delivery.
- Act as an SME for ServiceNow platform design, development, and configuration.
- Build, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications (Flow Designer, UI Builder, Business Rules, DB Views, UI Pages, etc.
- Design and implement user-friendly software solutions with extensibility for clients.
- Develop across the full stack of web technologies (Java, JavaScript, Angular.js, HTML, CSS).
- Deliver client-specific reports, dashboards, and integrations.
- Translate business / technical requirements into technical specifications and architecture documentation.
- Define and execute testing strategy; oversee deployments into production.
- Interface with ServiceNow technical teams (i.e., Cloud Infrastructure) to set up and maintain the SaaS platform.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies.
Required Skills :
6+ years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform.ServiceNow Platform Administration Certification.ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification in IRM.Expertise in ServiceNow versions Tokyo and San Diego.Strong knowledge of Web Technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, Web Services).Proven client-facing communication and consulting skills.Experience leading the technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions.Nice-to-Have Skills :
Exposure to cybersecurity, GRC, and SecOps modules.Full-stack development experience with Java and Angular.js.Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and tools.Prior experience mentoring and managing technical teams.Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Certified in ServiceNow Platform Administration.Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (IRM).Why Join Us?
