Assistant Business Manager the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Business Manager to support business growth, manage client relationships, and oversee day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills to contribute to business planning, performance monitoring, and execution of strategic Strategy & Planning
- Assist senior management in developing and executing business strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Track business performance metrics and prepare management & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Assist in negotiations, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues & Execution
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, operations) to meet business goals.
- Monitor process efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and contractual Management & Leadership
- Support team leads in managing and mentoring junior staff.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance for achieving targets.
- Encourage collaboration, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing within the & Business Growth
- Assist in financial analysis, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Contribute to business development activities by identifying leads and supporting sales initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and contribute ideas for achieving profitability and 2-3 years of experience in business management, operations, or client engagement.
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Finance preferred.
- Strong business acumen with ability to analyze data and draw insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM or ERP tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Leadership qualities with experience in team management or / Plus Skills :
- Exposure to business development, partnerships, or key account management.
- Experience in consulting, technology, or service industries.
