Customer Support Associate (Chat / Voice; Beauty / Fashion)

Responsibilities :

• Initiate outbound calls to prospects with the aim of introducing skincare products.
• Engage in effective and persuasive communication to highlight the value proposition.
• Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective telephonic selling.
• Employ consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information.
• Develop a deep understanding of product offerings and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers in the company&aposs CRM system.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, activities, and challenges.
