Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Outbound Operations

Performance Leather, a 4th-generation tannery serving global glove, footwear, and leather goods brands, is building its go-to-market engine. We're hiring an SDR to execute outbound campaigns and manage lead generation infrastructure.
What you'll do :
Outbound Infrastructure (30%)
- Set up and manage email domains, inboxes, and DNS configuration
- Run warm-up sequences and maintain sender reputation
- Monitor deliverability across multiple domains
Campaign Execution (40%)
Build and maintain lead lists in CRM using sales intelligence toolsExecute multi-channel campaigns (email + )A / B test messaging and optimize based on reply ratesTrack performance metrics and update dashboards weeklyResearch & Data (30%)
Validate ICP segments across target industriesSource contacts using lead generation and data enrichment toolsDocument workflows and SOPs in NotionCollaborate with Executives on strategy refinementTools you'll use :
CRM, sales intelligence platforms, lead generation tools, Notion, Sales Navigator
What we're looking for :
1-2 years in SDR, lead gen, or outbound operationsHands-on experience with CRM and data sourcing toolsComfortable with technical setup (DNS, email infrastructure)Self-directed learner who thrives with autonomyLocated within commuting distance of Vaniyambadi (2 hours from Bangalore)Compensation :
₹35,000-40,000 / month base + performance commission
Work model :
Hybrid – 2 days / week at Vaniyambadi plant, remote otherwise (from bangalore)
