About the Role
We’re looking for an HR Analytics Manager who’s passionate about using data to make people decisions smarter, faster, and more impactful. You’ll build dashboards, automate workflows, and drive insights that help shape Fi’s people strategy — while also owning HR operations and payroll with precision and reliability.
What You’ll Do
People Analytics & Insights
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key HR metrics such as hiring, retention, engagement, performance, and compensation.
- Partner with HRBPs and leadership to design data models and frameworks for workforce planning and productivity.
- Analyze people data to identify trends and opportunities for improving employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive automation of manual HR processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
HR Operations & Payroll
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing in compliance with statutory requirements.Maintain employee master data and ensure accuracy across HR systems.Support audits, reconciliations, and documentation related to payroll and benefits.Partner with finance and compliance teams to streamline processes and reporting.Data Systems & Automation
Work closely with internal data and engineering teams to improve data pipelines, integrations, and reporting capabilities.Drive adoption of HR tools and systems — ensuring data consistency, scalability, and security.What You’ll Need
5+ years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or related roles.Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.Working knowledge of SQL or automation tools (e.G., Zapier, Google Apps Script, etc.) is a plus.Strong understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliance in India.Excellent problem-solving and storytelling skills — you can turn data into actionable insights.A bias for action, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Why Join Us
