Role Overview :

• As a Jira Technical Engineer at Keyloop, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our supporting business units such as Legal Operations with the Jira Technology landscape.
• You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Jira-based business processes to support primary the legal operations function.
• This role focuses on optimizing workflows, improving system efficiency, and ensuring seamless integration of Jira with other tools and processes used by the Legal team.
• This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS business models, with a particular focus on transforming key business processes.
• Proven experience is a must in a SaaS business model.
• Additionally, you will champion the importance of data and how that moves across the enterprise and the impact on customer experience & customer journeys developing solutions that delight our customers.
• This is a new role formed into a transforming IT department so a willingness to adapt and change in transforming world is a must and being outcome and value driven

Relationship Focus

This role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills. You will be expected to work with leaders across Keyloop and key suppliers in the delivery scalable IT Services to our wider business.
