Overview / Objective :

The Data Governance Lead will serve as a hands-on leader to drive the development and implementation of our enterprise-wide data governance framework.

This role is critical to solving current data challenges, including inconsistent business rules, unclear data ownership, lack of data quality standards, fragmented business taxonomies, and absence of a centralized data catalog.

The successful candidate will serve as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders to establish scalable governance practices that increase trust in data, reduce inefficiencies, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities :

Governance Framework & Standards :

• Design and implement a fit-for-purpose enterprise data governance framework.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards for data governance, including data ownership, stewardship, access, and usage.
• Lead the rollout of role definitions for data owners and stewards across the business.
