Sr. Executive - Plating

We are hiring for Sr. Executive for Plating plant.

Please find the below details : -

Qualification : - B.Sc / M.Sc(Chemistry) , Diploma / B.E(Chemical)

Responsibilities :

• Managed electroplating operations operation for various plating types, including(Alkaline Zinc Nickle Plating, Tin Plating, Zinc Plating ).
• Conducting regular plating bath testing and analysis to ensure optimal bath performance.
• Maintained plating baths, adjusting chemical composition and parameters as needed to ensure consistent quality
• Led and managed a team of production workers providing guidance, training, and mentorship to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve process.
• Planned and coordinated shift schedules to ensure optimal production capacity and meet demands.
