Key Responsibilities
- Deep-Dive & Root-Cause Analysis – Conduct detailed analyses including product- and channel-level margin performance, plan vs. actual variance (offtake and primary), P&L variance, competitor benchmarking, and other ad-hoc business analytical requirements
- Insights & Decision Support – Extract, consolidate, and interpret data from multiple sources to surface trends, uncover patterns, and highlight key levers for growth and profitability.
- Dashboards & Reporting – Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide real-time visibility into business performance across channels and product categories.
- Business Review Management – Lead weekly and monthly review processes by overseeing data collection, validation, and preparation, while ensuring effective coordination of leadership review meetings.
- Variance & KPI Tracking – Deliver variance analysis vs. budgets / forecasts and oversee KPI tracking and reporting across teams to drive accountability and informed decision-making
Qualifications :
CMA / MBA (Finance) / Postgraduate in Finance / or graduate with a strong finance and business backgroundMinimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in business analytics, business finance, FP&A, or a similar role, ideally within consumer brands, D2C, FMCG, or high-growth start upsStrong understanding of financial statements, profitability drivers, and key business metrics.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas); exposure to SQL or BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) is an advantage.Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and data storytelling skills to translate analysis into actionable business insights.
