About ECMS
Early Childhood Management Services (ECMS) is a for-purpose organisation fostering lifelong learning by providing high-quality early learning and care for Victoria’s children, families, and communities. We work with over 6,500 children in our 75 kindergarten and childcare centres weekly.
Our Marketing and Communications Team plays a vital role in enabling and supporting the ECMS brand, connecting audiences to our purpose and driving engagement with families, employees, and stakeholders.
What will you do?
Plan and deliver impactful well-executed events such as community engagement activities, internal initiatives like our annual Conference and learning circles, as well as partner collaborationsDevelop and execute marketing strategies, including promotional materials, social content, and campaigns, to boost ECMS’s visibility and engagement within the community.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, sponsors, and key stakeholders.Track and analyse performance metrics for campaigns and events to drive continuous improvement.Identify opportunities for innovation and contribute to team goals and initiatives.We're looking for someone who brings :
Demonstrated experience in event coordination with skills in marketing.A track record of managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.Exceptional coordination, organisational, and time management skills, with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing materials and execute creative event designs.High attention to detail and a talent for managing multiple priorities.Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and briefing design stakeholders.A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Events Management, or a related field (desirable).What's in it for you?
