Role : Store Manager (Luxury Retail)

About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced and polished Store Manager to lead overall boutique operations while upholding luxury standards at every client touchpoint. The role requires strong sales leadership, team management, operational excellence, and a passion for delivering extraordinary client experiences.
Responsibilities :
- Drive the boutique to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to grow revenue
- Monitor key KPIs (conversion, ticket size, client acquisition, repeat clients) and take corrective action when needed
- Ensure every client interaction reflects luxury brand values and ethos
- Build a culture of personalised clienteling and post-sale follow-up
- Organise and host private client events, previews, and activations
- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining impeccable grooming, etiquette, and storytelling standards
- Recruit, train, and mentor client advisors, assistants, and support staff
- Provide ongoing feedback, conduct product knowledge and service training sessions
- Foster a motivated and luxury-driven team culture
- Oversee inventory management, stock movement, and safe-room protocols
- Authorise stock in / out, sales invoices, and client documentation
- Coordinate audits and compliance with security and safe-room teams
- Ensure daily completion of bank deposits and card settlements (excluding bank holidays)
- Maintain boutique presentation, visual merchandising, and ambience to luxury standards
- Enforce SOPs related to client service, security, and operational processes
- Ensure compliance with HR, finance, and incentive policies
Requirements :
6–10 years of luxury retail experience (jewellery, watches, or fashion), with at least 3 years in a managerial roleProven record of leading teams and achieving sales targetsStrong operational expertise in inventory, finance, and complianceExcellent communication skills in English (regional languages an advantage)Polished grooming, refined etiquette, and luxury presence in client interactionsPassion for jewellery, design, and creating memorable client experiences.Apply Now!
