Collect, collate, and analyse data from across the Global Security Centres of Excellence (CoE) to understand the security risk landscape and inform decision-makingCompile analytical reports and briefings tailored for different audiencesProvide analytical intelligence to support Global Security planning and decision-makingReview security data sets, including metrics, aggregate incidents, and statisticsMonitor key performance indicators and ensure data accuracy to improve Security visibility and added value at the company levelFeed dashboards to track progress and report to senior managementSupport new security incident and investigation case management implementation (user guidelines, data processing)Support the build of an intelligence picture on security matters affecting Novo Nordisk (counterfeit, illicit trade, thefts)Collect, receive, and analyze product incidents reported by external and internal sourcesLeverage existing databases to provide trend analysis on emerging risks and threatsProduce high-quality and timely intelligence reports to support decision-making across the organizationShare intelligence with relevant external stakeholders acting against pharmacrimeConduct open-source intelligence research and analytics for Global Security and partnersSupport investigation by providing actionable intelligence-led recommendationsSupervise the global online monitoring and takedown program results and communicationDevelop training materials to increase vigilance and seizuresQualifications
Need to have :
- Bachelors degree in data science, intelligence studies, LLB / LLM or business
- 3+ years of proven work experience as an Intelligence / Product / Brand Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills to review significant amounts of information and reports
- Proficient using records risk visualisation platforms, structured databases, and other analytical resources
- Experience building data analytics dashboards to display KRIs and KPIs
- Critical thinking skills and solution-oriented to optimise intelligence and reporting
- Ability to analyse large amounts of data and summarise information into concise analytic assessments
- Very well organised with a strong team spirit
- Able to work in a matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders
