Were now looking for a Product Analyst to own and scale our product analytics foundation. This role is central to ensuring that every product decision is backed by data, insight, and clarity. Youll work closely with product managers and engineers to define the right metrics, design and implement tracking, and deliver insights that directly shape our roadmap.

Responsibilities :
Metrics & Event Design :
- Define and maintain key product metrics (north star, engagement, retention, funnels,etc.)
- Translate product goals into measurable user behaviors and structured event taxonomies
- Develop and maintain a robust tracking plan that scales across products and Implementation :
- Set up and manage PostHog across both web and desktop (Electron-based) applications
- Implement and review tracking code in JavaScript and Electron, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Standardize metadata (session, user, and document level) across all & Insights :
- Build and maintain dashboards, funnels, cohorts, and trend analyses in PostHog
- Identify friction points, adoption bottlenecks, and opportunities for growth through data
- Share actionable insights with product and leadership teams to guide priorities and decisions
Data Quality & Compliance :
Monitor event data integrity and debug tracking gaps or inconsistenciesEnsure compliance with privacy requirements in the context of sensitive legal documents.Design privacy-conscious, offline-capable tracking solutions for desktop & Integrations :Recommend and integrate complementary tools (e.g., Sentry, Hotjar, FullStory, Intercom)Stay current with industry-standard analytics platforms like Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, Segment / RudderStack, and BigQueryRequirements :
2-5 years of experience in product analytics, instrumentation, or growth analyticsHands-on experience with PostHog (or similar product analytics tools)Proficiency in JavaScript, with comfort writing / reviewing production analytics codeExperience with Electron or cross-platform desktop apps (nice to have)Strong ability to define and translate product goals into metrics and tracking strategiesDetail-oriented, analytical mindset with a strong sense of ownershipComfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teamsPay & Benefits :
