We are looking for an experienced SAP Security Business Analyst to support the design, implementation, and governance of SAP security solutions. The role requires strong knowledge of SAP security concepts, business process understanding, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, risk management, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to SAP security and access management.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design and implement SAP security roles, profiles, and authorizations.
  • Support role-based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with auditors and stakeholders to address audit findings and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
  • Assist in security incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Perform regular security reviews, risk assessments, and propose process improvements.
  • Create and maintain documentation including security policies, role matrices, and functional specifications.
  • Train business users on SAP access processes and security best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in SAP Security with strong business analysis skills.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP ECC, S / 4HANA, BW / BI, GRC Access Control, and Fiori Security.
  • Knowledge of SAP role design, user administration, and authorization concepts.
  • Experience with compliance frameworks (SoD, SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
