highly capable Chief of Staff to support our Managing Director based in Mumbai and

and is passionate about driving operational excellence and global expansion.
You will act as a strategic support to the Managing Director managing their priorities and
freeing up their time for high-level initiatives. A major part of this role involves frequent
global travel and managing projects that improve operational efficiency across all
departments fostering overall organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support : Manage the Managing Director s calendar communications and
priorities to optimize their time for high-impact activities and strategic negotiations.
Follow up with all functional heads / HOD s on all pending activities as
prioritized by MD as deliverables by the HOD s
Travel Management : Coordinate and sometimes accompany the Managing Director
on international and domestic travel handling all logistics including visas and real-
time itinerary adjustments.
Strategic Preparation : Prepare comprehensive reports presentations and briefing
materials including competitive analysis and forward-looking strategies for product
innovation.
Confidential Communications : Handle confidential communications and record-
keeping with the utmost discretion ensuring all documentation supports strategic
decisions.
Operational Excellence : Develop meeting agendas capture minutes and follow up on
action items to ensure accountability and drive company vision.
