About the Role
We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial and analytical professional for our Live Experiences team. This role will be central to shaping the expansion strategy, managing execution and streamlining operations, while driving growth with P / L accountability. The individual will play a pivotal role in extending Saregama’s iconic IPs into new, immersive entertainment formats that engage audiences and deliver world-class experiences. The role blends commercial leadership, strategic analysis, and operational excellence, driving the division’s growth to further strengthen Saregama’s position as a leading force in music, films, and live entertainment.
Responsibilities
- Shape IP development and expansion strategy through market analysis, consumer insights and strategic planning to identify go to market, growth and optimisation opportunities
- Lead project management and delivery of high-quality immersive IPs, designing operational frameworks that are executable, scalable and replicable across IPs, formats, and regions
- Drive cross-functional alignment across creative operations, marketing, ticketing, partnerships, legal, finance for seamless execution, along with line management of key hires
- Oversee digital ticketing solutions and operations with third party platforms and inhouse capabilities, to maximise reach and occupancy
- Develop performance management frameworks and reporting dashboards, leveraging data analysis and KPIs to measure ROI, enhance customer satisfaction and inform IP development
- Represent Saregama externally with venues and collaborators, building strategic partnerships to drive revenue from ticketing, private events, sponsorships, and merchandise
- Provide executive communication by translating complex analyses into actionable plans, and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership through strong stakeholder management
Qualifications
7 - 12 years of experience in strategy, operations, or business management, ideally within live entertainment, media or consumer tech sectorsPrior success in scaling new verticals / business lines across markets and leading operational workstreams, supported with big picture thinking and hands on execution approachProven ability in cross-functional project management, delivering multiple time sensitive initiativesAgility in leveraging innovation and technology, including analytics and digital platformsStrong expertise in financial modelling and data analysis to optimise performance and inform decision makingSkilled at structuring deals and partnerships, with a strong external presence for brand representationStrong passion for live entertainment, arts and culture, and innovation in storytellin
