Sales Director – Cybersecurity Tools (Enterprise & BFSI Sector)

Job Location : Mumbai, Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sales Leadership : Develop and execute a robust sales strategy targeting enterprise and BFSI clients, aligning with organizational goals and market dynamics.
• Client Engagement : Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs, to position our cybersecurity solutions effectively.
• Revenue Growth : Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and closing high-value deals.
• Team Management : Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Market Intelligence : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging cybersecurity threats to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction.
