Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Dadar, Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, understanding client needs, presenting tailored real estate solutions, and negotiating deals. The role also involves managing the sales pipeline, preparing regular reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation Skills
Understanding of Real Estate Market Trends, Market Research, and Customer Needs Analysis
Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
Experience in CRM Software and Data Analysis Tools
Self-motivation, Goal-oriented Approach, and Ability to Work in On-site Teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage
