The Opportunity : This is not just a job; it’s a launchpad for your sales career. As a Hybrid Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business and managing key client accounts with a clear path to leadership. Your success directly translates into high-earning commissions and rapid professional advancement.
Key Responsibilities & Growth Areas :
- Generate, qualify, and close high-value leads across Maharashtra and India.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently exceed ambitious targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with enterprise clients.
- Should be prepared to travel extensively both in the Mumbai / Maharashtra region and elsewhere in India
- Collaborate closely with our Head Office in Singapore for strategic direction and business development, and with our Technical Center in Vietnam for product expertise and seamless client solutions. Work with strict CRM discipline and expected to report to our head office on a weekly basis via both reports and video link. In turn, our head office shall provide full support both commercially and technically.
What We’re Looking For in You (The ACE TTR DNA) :
Ambition & Drive : Proven hunger for sales success and career progression.Experience : Proven track record of no less than three years in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.Communication Mastery : Exceptional verbal and written command of English and Hindi is essential for interacting with our international offices and local clients.Team Collaboration : Strong team working skills are critical for finding optimal solutions and developing better commercial proposals with the wider global team.Sales Acumen : Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a deep familiarity and commitment to using CRM tools effectively to ensure seamless team-wide collaboration.Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Compensation & Rewards :
Overall Compensation : circa ₹70,000 - ₹80,000 / month including circa 50,000INR base salary.
