Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional service to clients. Daily tasks include actively engaging with customers, presenting jewelry collections, participating in marketing activities, and handling inquiries and transactions. The role also involves maintaining inventory records and staying updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Service Skills : Strong sales techniques, customer service abilities, and interpersonal communication skills
• Jewelry Knowledge : Understanding of different types of jewelry, gemstones, and materials
• Marketing and Promotion : Experience in marketing campaigns, brand promotion, and event participation
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in using point of sale (POS) systems and maintaining inventory records
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Teamwork : Ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and prior experience
