We are now seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage our International Outbound Sales Operations , driving performance, engagement, and growth.

Role Overview

As a Team Leader , you’ll oversee daily operations, guide a dynamic team, and ensure delivery on performance targets. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills to maintain operational efficiency and team motivation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Track KPIs and ensure consistent performance delivery.
• Conduct coaching, feedback, and regular performance reviews.
• Manage attendance, schedules, and adherence to company policies.
• Identify skill gaps and collaborate with HR & Training teams for development.
• Handle customer escalations to ensure quick resolution and satisfaction.
• Prepare and present team performance reports to management.
• Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.
