We are looking for a highly talented software development manager to lead our development team. In this role, you will partner with business and technical teams to design and document requirements, and develop technical strategies and software roadmaps for delivery of features.
You will be leading a passionate group of engineers in architecting and developing large scale distributed technology solutions and also innovating new ideas and providing technology directions to our business. We have many key initiatives lined-up to support our rapid evolution and growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in building and scaling web services, architecting high level system design and experience in leading cross functional engineering teams.

Requirements :
3+ year(s) of engineering team management experience7+ years of working directly within engineering teams experienceExtensive knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software / hardware / networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operationsAdvanced level of understanding of Service Oriented Architecture, Server Frameworks (Spring / NodeJs), Databases, Cloud Technologies (AWS / Google Cloud).You understand the hustle of a startup and are good with handling ambiguityBachelors / Master degree in Computer Science or relevant fields.(ref : hirist.tech)
