Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced professional to manage
desktop administration and network support
for an inbound voice process in a high-demand emergency helpline environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Conduct remote desktop support and application customization
Maintain system performance through monitoring and timely updates
Required Skills & Experience :
Minimum 2 years in desktop support or related role
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Familiar with voice-logging systems and remote support tools
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in ECE / CS / IT / EEE
Fluency in English and Tamil
Willingness to work in
24x7 shift operations
Administer servers and ensure documentation is up to date
Manage inventory of hardware / software assets
Record technical resolutions and provide performance reports
