Desktop Support Intern - Job Description

Duration : [6 months]

We are looking for a Desktop Support Intern to join our IT Operations team. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day IT support, including troubleshooting hardware / software issues, managing user accounts, setting up systems for new employees, and maintaining IT assets.

Requirements :

Pursuing degree / diploma in Computer Science / IT.

Basic knowledge of Windows / macOS, MS Office 365,Google Workspace and networking fundamentals.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
