Job Location : - Malad, Mumbai

Exp Required : - 6 months to 3 Years

Tech Check / Desktop Support / 24 / 7 Work from office- L1 Support

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support : Respond to user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking problems.

Installation & Configuration : Set up new systems, install applications, and configure peripherals.

Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve issues remotely or on-site.

Maintenance : Perform routine checks, updates, and repairs on IT equipment.

Documentation : Maintain logs of issues, solutions, and system configurations.

User Training : Educate users on new software, basic troubleshooting, and IT policies.

Security Compliance : Ensure systems adhere to security protocols and install antivirus software.

Proven experience in desktop or technical support roles

Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, and Linux environments

Knowledge of office automation tools and computer peripherals

Understanding of network security and antivirus programs

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

good communication and customer service skills
