Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Football Coach located in Gurgaon, and Delhi. The Football Coach will be responsible for planning and conducting football training sessions, developing players' skills, and mentoring young athletes. The role includes fostering teamwork, discipline, and a positive sporting environment, as well as effectively communicating with both players and their families to provide feedback and guidance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Football, Football Coaching, and general Coaching methodologies
• Ability to train and mentor individuals, focusing on skill development and team dynamics
• Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with players and parents
• Previous experience in organizing training sessions, camps, or educational activities
• Certification or training in football coaching, from a recognized authority, is a plus
• Passion for working with young athletes and fostering a positive sports culture
• Basic understanding of grassroots development and coaching principles
